Botika Academy user manual
Everything you need to use the platform — from creating an account and finishing your first CPD course, to building curricula as an instructor and running the admin console.
Getting started

Create your account
Go to Log in / Get started and sign up with your email. Use the same name that appears on your PRC registration so certificates are issued correctly.

Complete your profile
Open Profile and add your PRC license number, employer and region. A license number is required before a certificate can be generated.

Find a course
Use Courses to search or filter by category. Each course page shows the curriculum, CPD units, instructor and price. Lessons marked “Free preview” can be opened before enrolling.

Enroll
Click Enroll. Free courses activate instantly. Paid courses go to checkout where you can pay by card (Stripe) or GCash / Maya (PayMongo). If you have a coupon code, enter it before paying — a 100% discount enrolls you without payment.
Taking a course

Open the course player
From My learning, click your course. The sidebar lists all modules and lessons with your progress. On mobile, tap the curriculum button to open it.

Work through the lessons
Lessons can be video, PDF or article content. Click Mark complete to record progress and move to the next lesson. Your progress bar updates automatically.

Drip-released content
A lock icon means the lesson unlocks a set number of days after your enrollment date. The player shows how many days remain.

Pass the quizzes
Quizzes may be timed and have a passing score and limited attempts. Answers are graded on the server; the correct answers are revealed only after you pass or use your last attempt. Your best score is kept.

Claim your certificate
When every lesson and required quiz is complete, your certificate is issued automatically with a unique verification number and your CPD units. Open it from the dashboard and use Print to save a PDF.
Payments & coupons
Card: paid securely through Stripe on the checkout page.
GCash / Maya: you are redirected to the wallet, then returned to a processing screen that activates your enrollment once payment is confirmed. This can take a few seconds — keep the page open.
Coupons: apply the code in checkout before paying. Expired or fully redeemed codes are rejected.
